We are looking for a Reception Supervisor to join our Front Office team at The Franklin Hotel. Looking after our colleagues is all that we care about. You will work with brilliant colleagues across the Hotel, ensuring we are one team delivering a seamless and memorable guest experience. The Reception Supervisor plays a crucial part in our success. As Reception Supervisor, you will assist the Front Office team in providing a highly efficient, smooth, and personalized service in line with our standards, always keeping the flawless guest experience in mind. You will motivate and guide the team to create memorable and exciting experiences for every guest from the moment they arrive. You will be responsible for the training, development, and support of the Front Office team in terms of product knowledge, guest relations, and service standards, as well as ensuring full compliance with health and safety procedures. As an operational leader, you will work collaboratively with the rest of the departments to ensure the overall success of the hotel and maintain seamless communication across all areas.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel operation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to build rapport with people easily.
  • A creative thinker with a can-do attitude and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
  • A genuine passion for delivering exceptional service and hospitality.
  • Proficiency in hotel systems (PMS) and strong administrative skills.
