We are looking for a Receptionist to join our Front Office team at The Pelham Hotel.

Your Role & What We Need From You

The Receptionist plays a crucial part in our success.

As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will ensure a warm, professional, and personalized welcome.

You will assist with check‑ins and check‑outs, handle guest enquiries, and provide information about the hotel and local area, ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable stay.

You will be responsible for maintaining a high level of product knowledge, managing reservations and guest requests efficiently, and ensuring all front office procedures are carried out in line with our standards.

As part of the operational team, you will collaborate closely with colleagues across departments to ensure the overall success of Starhotels UK.
