The Housekeeping Porter plays a crucial part in our success.
As Housekeeping Porter, you will support the Housekeeping team in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, efficiency, and organisation throughout the hotel. You will work diligently behind the scenes to ensure our guests enjoy spotless rooms and pristine public areas, while assisting with the movement of linen, supplies, and equipment.
You will also collaborate with departments across the hotel, ensuring timely communication and operational support that contributes to the overall success of the property.
Key Requirements:
- Assist Room Attendants and Housekeeping Supervisors by delivering linen, amenities, and cleaning supplies.
- Keep all service areas, corridors, and back-of-house spaces clean, tidy, and well organised.
- Remove rubbish and used linen, ensuring appropriate sorting and collection procedures.
- Support deep-cleaning projects and room moves when required.
- Respond quickly to guest and team requests to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety policies and procedures.
