We are looking for a Room Attendant to join our Housekeeping team at The Gore London.

The Role

The Room Attendant plays a crucial part in our success.

As a Room Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and comfort in our guest rooms and designated areas.

You will ensure every guest enjoys a pristine and welcoming environment, paying close attention to detail and delivering consistent quality.

You will also collaborate with departments across the hotel, ensuring timely communication and operational support that contributes to the overall success of the property.

Key Responsibilities

  • Clean and service guest rooms, bathrooms, and assigned areas to the highest standards.
  • Change bed linen, replace towels, and replenish guest amenities.
  • Ensure all rooms are presented beautifully and meet brand standards.
  • Report maintenance issues or damages promptly.
  • Follow all health and safety procedures, including the correct use of cleaning products.
  • Respond to guest requests efficiently and professionally.
  • Maintain housekeeping trolleys and storage areas in a clean and organised manner.
