We are looking for an Assistant Bar Manager to join our Bar 190 team at The Gore Hotel. Looking after our colleagues is all that we care about. - Work closely with the wider hotel management team to ensure seamless integration between the bar, the hotel lobby, and the restaurant.
- Drive revenue by training the team in suggestive selling techniques.
- Assist in managing beverage costs, inventory levels, and labor margins to maximize profitability without compromising the guest experience.
