We are looking for passionate, dedicated and enthusiastic Teachers to join the Starfyn Education Family in a long term, full time teaching role within a supportive and inclusive school setting. One of our partner schools caters for pupils aged 3–11, including a specialist provision supporting children with additional needs such as Speech, Language and Communication Needs (SLCN), Autism (ASD), and learning difficulties. The school is a warm, inclusive and forward-thinking environment, where children are supported to develop confidence, independence, and a love for learning. Staff work closely together to create a positive, engaging atmosphere where every child feels valued and supported. The Role

As a Class Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and inclusive lessons, supporting pupils of all abilities, and creating a classroom environment where every child can succeed.
The Ideal Candidate will:
- Hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
- Have experience teaching within a primary or SEN setting (desirable but not essential)
- Be passionate about inclusive education and supporting diverse learning needs
- Have strong classroom management and behaviour management skills
- Be confident in planning, delivering, and assessing engaging lessons
- Be able to adapt teaching to meet the needs of pupils with SEN, ASD, or additional needs
- Demonstrate excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Be committed to safeguarding and pupil wellbeing
Your Main Duties:
- Plan and deliver high-quality, engaging lessons in line with the curriculum
- Differentiating learning to meet the needs of all pupils, including those with SEN
- Create a positive, inclusive and structured classroom environment
- Monitor and assess pupil progress, providing feedback and support
- Work collaboratively with Teaching Assistants, SENCOs, and wider staff
- Support pupils’ social, emotional, and behavioural development
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to reports and reviews
- Ensure all safeguarding policies and procedures are followed at all times
