The Role:

  • Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual learning needs

  • Support students with a range of SEN including learning, communication and behavioural needs
  • Monitor progress through effective assessment and feedback
  • Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, therapists and parents/carers
  • Promote positive behaviour using a nurturing, supportive approach

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential
  • Experience teaching students with SEN or strong interest in Special Education
  • Strong classroom management and behaviour support skills
  • Passion for inclusive education and student well being
