Starfyn Education is looking for passionate, patient and motivated Psychology Graduates to join schools across West London as SEN Teaching Assistants. The Role: As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play an important role in helping pupils overcome barriers to learning and develop both academically and personally. Working alongside teachers and wider school teams, you may support children and young people with a range of needs, including:
- Autism (ASD)
- ADHD
- SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health)
- Learning difficulties
- Communication and interaction needs
- Behavioural needs
Your day-to-day responsibilities could include:
- Providing 1:1 and small-group support
- Helping pupils engage with lessons and access the curriculum
