About the Service

The service is built around delivering high-quality, person-centred care that supports individuals to live safely, independently, and with dignity in their own homes. As the Registered Manager, you will play a central role in shaping the culture, quality, and future growth of the service. The Role

  • Employment Type – Full-time, Permanent
  • Location – Camberley (office-based with community involvement)
  • Salary – £40,000 to £42,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the service, ensuring high standards of care delivery, strong compliance, and a positive working environment for staff.

Your Main Responsibilities

  • Lead, support, and develop a team of carers, supervisors, and coordinators
  • Ensure the service meets and exceeds CQC standards and regulatory requirements
  • Carry out client assessments and develop person-centred care plans
  • Promote a strong culture of safeguarding, quality, and continuous improvement
  • Drive the growth of the service, including private and public contracts
  • Oversee audits, quality assurance processes, and incident management
  • Take part in the on-call rota as required

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in the care sector
  • Experience in a supervisory or management role
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • A genuine commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care
  • A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
  • Flexibility to support the service, including occasional weekends
  • Previous Registered Manager experience is advantageous but not essential — full support will be provided to achieve CQC registration if required.
