Starfish Search are working with a London borough to appoint an Interim Head of Housing Technology to provide senior leadership across a critical housing systems and digital transformation agenda. This is a high-profile interim role, central to ensuring core housing technology is robust, secure and aligned to service.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic and operational leadership of the Housing Technology function, acting as a trusted advisor to senior housing and corporate leadership.
- Lead delivery of a technology roadmap supporting service transformation, efficiency and improved resident outcomes.
- Oversee a portfolio of housing systems and digital change programmes, ensuring strong governance and delivery to time and budget.
- Lead supplier, contract and stakeholder management across key housing technology platforms.
- Drive continuous improvement in data, reporting, systems resilience and user experience.
Qualifications
- Senior-level experience leading housing technology, IT or digital transformation within local government or a complex public sector environment.
