What you will have (Qualifications):
- Experience of being in a senior leadership post of 3+ years in a small-medium sized organisation.
- Experience of leading organisational change and development.
- Financial oversight experience of budgets £1m+, including but not limited to financial forecasting and/or risk assessment.
- Experience in oversight of business development, fundraising and diversifying income generation.
- Proven understanding and experience of safeguarding.
- Experience of understanding, holding and mitigating organisational risk, including but not limited to financial and governance accountability in line with Charity Commission practices.
- Track record of working effectively alongside a management Board, such as Board of Trustees, Governors or similar equivalent.
