Interim Waste and Environment Programme Manager

Starfish Search are working with a local authority in the South of England to appoint an Interim Waste and Environment Programme Manager. This role will lead a major modernisation programme focused on transforming operational delivery, driving cultural change, and embedding digital innovation to ensure services are efficient, compliant, and customer-focused.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic leadership to deliver transformation across Environmental and Waste Services.
