Starfish are supporting a Local Authority based in the North to recruit an Interim Strategic Lead – Organisational Culture for up to 6 months.
We’re changing – and we’re looking for the right person to help us get there.
With an ambitious programme of organisational change, we need a driven, experienced culture-change lead to work with our Chief Executive and leadership team to help shape values, behaviours, and staff culture.
You’ll be joining at the perfect time, as they embark on an exciting journey in 2025, helping maximise all the opportunities it brings to drive our culture forward. We’re looking for someone with proven experience in developing impactful culture change programmes, strong communication skills to create engaging content across multiple channels (including events, digital, and video), a hands-on approach to driving change, and the ability to inspire and influence colleagues at all levels.
