Starfish Search is supporting a Local Authority in the North of England to appoint an Interim Resourcing Redesign Lead to transform recruitment and workforce resourcing during a period of change.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the redesign of recruitment processes, policies and ways of working
  • Review and improve recruitment systems and candidate journeys
  • Drive agency reduction activity and improve workforce planning
  • Support high-volume recruitment and the mobilisation of new services
  • Develop internal recruitment capability and embed best practice
  • Work closely with senior leaders to deliver sustainable change

About You:

  • Strong experience leading recruitment or resourcing transformation
  • Experience working within Local Government or a complex organisation
  • Experience improving recruitment processes and service delivery
  • Knowledge of agency management and workforce planning
  • Strong stakeholder management and change leadership skills.
