Starfish Search are supporting a local authority in the South of England to appoint an Interim Planning Policy Manager. This critical leadership role comes at a pivotal time for the organisation, offering the opportunity to strengthen strategic direction, and lead the next phase of plan-making.
The council is preparing for a new Local Plan and requires an experienced individual to strengthen engagement and drive forward a clear, strategic vision for planning policy. This is a key appointment, with the successful candidate reporting to the Head of Service and playing a pivotal role in shaping the future direction of the planning function.
