Starfish Search are working with a local authority in the North of England to recruit an Interim ERP Business Change Lead to shape and deliver the people, organisation and behavioural change required for a major ERP transformation across Finance, Procurement, HR and Payroll.
You’ll lead the business change workstream, developing the change strategy, roadmap and integrated plan aligned to programme milestones, procurement, design, testing and go‑live.
The role spans operating‑model development, organisational design, role transition, capability planning and workforce change.
Working across all directorates and partner organisations, the Business Change Lead will coordinate the full suite of change activity: assessing impacts, engaging stakeholders with the Comms Lead, shaping organisational design, preparing services for transition, building capability, driving adoption, tracking benefits and ensuring new ways of working are sustained.
Ideal for an experienced ERP change leader who delivers confident organisational readiness and long‑term transformation outcomes.
