Starfish Search is supporting a Local Authority in the North of England to appoint an Interim Senior Economic Growth and Inward Investment Consultant. Reporting into the senior leadership team, you will bring immediate structure, pace and clarity to a high-profile regeneration and growth agenda.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the development and governance of Mayoral Development Zones with the Combined Authority
- Drive forward a key southern gateway opportunity from concept to delivery readiness
- Shape briefs and commissioning activity to enable rapid progress
- Engage directly with investors to convert interest into clear propositions and delivery routes
- Bring structure, focus and momentum to a complex, opportunity-rich programme
You will bring:
- Strong local authority experience within economic development or regeneration
- A track record of working with Combined Authorities and navigating governance structures
