Starfish Search are working with a membership organisation to recruit an Interim Director of Strategic Partnerships with an immediate start. This is a client facing role and will require a capable leader with strong Business Development ability.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Managing the organisation’s profile across the housing sector
- Contributing to the development and achievement of the operational strategy
- Leadership of organisational sales plan to grow pipeline and new opportunities
- Responsibility for growing the organisation’s profile across SE and London by attending a range of strategically selected events.
It is essential that you have experience within the social housing sector and understand the relationships between housing associations and local government. This is a hybrid role requiring 2 days/week on-site in Kent. It is running for a period of 6-months and offers a salary of up to £100,000.
