Starfish Search is working with a local authority in the South of England to appoint an Interim IT and Digital Service Programme Manager. This role will lead the council’s digital transformation agenda, focusing on designing and delivering a Single Front Door solution and optimising the council’s technology stack to drive efficiency, integration, and enhanced resident services.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of complex IT and digital transformation programmes across the council.
- Design and implement customer-centric digital solutions and service redesign initiatives.
- Drive integration, automation, and optimisation of technology platforms to enhance service delivery.
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure digital initiatives meet residents’ needs and support the council’s customer engagement strategy.
