Starfish Search are working with a non-profit organisation to recruit an Interim Deputy Director, People and Culture.
You Will:
- Engage with the Senior Leadership Team to develop, deliver and embed a People and Culture strategy, aligned to the charity’s strategy, that ensures they attract, develop and retain talent.
- Set out a compelling vision for the charity’s desired workplace culture and employer brand.
- Foster a culture of equity, diversity and inclusion by ensuring the EDI is fully integrated into the People & Culture strategy.
- Ensure the implementation and delivery of innovative recognition, reward and benefits opportunities.
- Lead a high-performing People Team to ensure that it is appropriately resourced to meet the organisation responsibilities and strategy delivery.
You Will Have:
- Proven experience of successfully leading a high functioning and successful People team, developing consistently high-performing individuals.
- Experience of developing and implementing a people strategy.
- Proven experience of cross organisational change involving people, culture and systems.
- Experience in leading engagement across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Open on sector background.
This role is running for a period of 12 months and offers a salary up to £90,000.
