Starfish Search are working with a London Authority who are seeking an Interim Capital Programme Manager to lead on housing quality and stock investment delivery. This pivotal role will focus on shaping and driving a major housing capital programme and accelerating delivery.
You Will:
- Lead on the delivery of the housing capital programme, shaping the work required and creating a clear plan to drive delivery at pace.
- Mobilise and align internal teams and contractors to accelerate progress and overcome recent delays.
- Manage contractor relationships and engage with key stakeholders to ensure high-quality outcomes.
- Provide oversight and delivery against a major housing capital investment programme, ensuring effective governance and accountability.
You Will Have:
- Proven expertise in programme management within the social housing and capital investment sector.
- Strong track record of delivering complex programmes at pace, ideally in a local government association.
- Experience of managing contractors and working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Knowledge of housing quality standards, inspection frameworks, and capital programme delivery.
- The ability to lead, influence, and mobilise teams to achieve ambitious outcomes.
