Starfish Search is supporting a Local Authority in the North of England to appoint an Interim NJC Pilat Gauge Evaluator. This specialist interim assignment will support the council’s job evaluation programme using the NJC Pilat Gauge methodology, working closely with HR and organisational development teams to ensure roles are assessed consistently and in line with agreed frameworks.
You will:
- Conduct job evaluations using the NJC Pilat Gauge system.
- Review role profiles and evaluate new or revised posts.
- Provide guidance to HR and managers on applying the methodology.
- Support moderation processes to ensure consistency across evaluations.
