Starfish Search is supporting a Local Authority in the North of England to appoint an Interim HR Transformation Programme Lead for an initial six-month contract, with potential to extend. Reporting to the HR Director, this role will lead HR and workforce transformation activity across a broad organisational change portfolio, providing oversight to improvement programmes already in delivery and driving pace, governance, and savings.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead HR and workforce transformation programmes
- Oversee HR improvement activity currently in delivery
- Strengthen programme governance and delivery structures

You will have:
