Starfish Search is supporting a Local Authority in the North of England to appoint an Interim ERP Change & Communications Lead. This is a key assignment supporting a council-wide ERP transformation programme. The role will lead on organisational change, communications and engagement activity to ensure staff are prepared for new systems and ways of working, and that adoption is successful from day one.
You will:
- Lead the ERP change and communications strategy.
- Deliver clear, engaging communications across multiple channels.
- Run briefings, workshops, events and stakeholder engagement.
- Translate complex system and process changes into simple messaging.
- Support readiness and adoption, monitoring engagement and sentiment.
- Align change activity with programme delivery and functional teams.
You will have:
- Experience leading change and communications on ERP or large-scale transformation programmes.
