We're currently working with a care home provider in the north to recruit an Interim Director of Operations for an initial six-month assignment. It will suit a visible, values‑driven leader who thrives in complex, regulated environments and is passionate about delivering outstanding care through strong teamwork, collaboration and a relentless focus on quality outcomes for residents.

You will have:

  • Proven senior leadership experience gained within social care or a comparable regulated environment, with a demonstrable history of delivering results.
  • Extensive experience overseeing multi-site operations, with a clear record of achieving meaningful improvements across quality, performance and compliance.
  • In-depth understanding of the regulatory landscape, quality frameworks and best practice standards applicable to health and social care.
  • A genuine commitment to collaborative working, with the ability to motivate and enable colleagues across diverse teams and locations to achieve shared objectives.

This role is offered on an interim basis for approximately six months, with regular presence across services in the north.
