Starfish Search is working with a respected non-profit sports education organisation to appoint a modern and dynamic Director of Marketing and Sales. This is an exciting opportunity to bring fresh ideas, digital expertise, and strong leadership to a role that is central to the organisation’s future growth and impact.
You will:
- Shape and deliver a marketing and sales strategy that strengthens brand, reputation, and customer engagement.
- Review current practices, identify gaps, and set clear priorities for improvement and growth.
- Modernise approaches with a strong focus on digital platforms, data, and customer experience.
- Lead and inspire the marketing and sales team, building motivation, collaboration, and high performance.
- Drive innovation in campaigns, communications, and brand positioning to keep the organization relevant and competitive.
- Play a key role in the senior leadership team, contributing to organisational strategy and acting as a visible ambassador.
You will have:
- Significant senior-level experience in marketing, with strong knowledge of digital communications, and brand development.

This role is running for a period of 12 months and offers a salary of c.£85,000. This role is based on the Isle of Wight, with the expectation that the successful candidate will be on-site 2/3 days per week.
