Starfish Search is supporting a Local Authority in the North to appoint an Interim Assistant Chief Executive Officer (Digital, Change and Technology). This role will lead digital, change and corporate functions, driving transformation and delivery across the Council.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead Digital, Change and Technology functions
- Drive corporate strategy, performance and business intelligence
- Oversee transformation and corporate programmes
- Lead digital, data and ICT services
- Oversee communications and engagement
- Contribute at Corporate and Senior Leadership Team level
You will have:
- Senior leadership experience in a local government organisation
- Strong track record of transformation delivery
- Experience across digital, data and corporate services
- Strong programme and stakeholder management skills
