Starfish Search is supporting a Local Authority in the North of England to appoint an Interim AI HR Project Manager. Reporting to the HR Director, this role will lead the automation of front-door HR services, implementing AI and digital solutions to improve efficiency, service quality, and user experience.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead AI and automation projects across HR services
- Identify opportunities to streamline front-door HR processes
- Implement digital tools to improve HR service delivery
- Work with HR, IT, and transformation teams to embed solutions
- Establish project governance and delivery plans
- Engage stakeholders to support adoption and change
You will have:
- Experience delivering AI or digital HR transformation projects
- Understanding of front-door HR / employee services
- Local government experience is desirable
- Track record delivering service improvement through technology
