We\’re looking for a Strategic Growth Partner to lead sales initiatives, close high-value deals, and unlock new revenue channels through proactive business development.

At StarfetchX, we’re scaling fast with a mission to transform industries through AI-driven sustainability ESG software and green tech solutions. As part of our early team, you’ll play an important role in driving B2B revenue and building long-term value through client and channel partnerships.

πŸš€ What You’ll Do

  • Proactively hunt for new business opportunities through cold outreach, networking, and market research
  • Identify, pitch, and convert B2B clients and strategic partners into revenue-generating relationships
  • Build and manage a qualified sales pipeline across regions and verticals
  • Execute go-to-market strategies in alignment with the leadership team
  • Represent the company in meetings, presentations, and client negotiations (face-to-face or online meeting, based on the needs)
  • Collaborate across teams to align product offerings with market needs
  • Use tools like Freshsales, Trello, Excel, and Zoho CRM to manage sales pipelines and track performance
  • Report on KPIs and optimize outreach strategies based on results

🎯 Who You Are

  • 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or growth strategy
  • At least 1 year of experience in SaaS, the software industry or Green tech (Bonus)
  • Comfortable with a hunter role β€” generating leads and closing deals proactively
  • Skilled in using Freshsales, Trello, Excel, Zoho CRM, and other sales-relevant tools
  • A confident communicator with a track record of building relationships and delivering results
  • Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and comfortable working in fast-moving environments
  • Passionate about innovation, sustainability, and making an impact
