We’re looking for a Sales Director to join our founding team — someone with the fire to lead global sales, pitch like a pro, and scale a purpose-driven tech company from the ground up. About the Role

As our Sales Director, you’ll take the reins of business growth and revenue generation. You’ll lead strategic sales efforts, manage global client relationships, and be the face of the company in competitions, investor meetings, and key partner negotiations. This is not a typical 9-to-5. This is your seat at the founder’s table — full of challenges, freedom, and real impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead the global sales strategy and business development roadmap
  • Handle all sales activities and manage video calls with international/europe clients
  • Pitch to clients, business partners, and stakeholders with confidence and clarity
  • Manage and expand a high-performing international sales team
  • Represent the company in startup competitions and pitch events
  • Oversee P&L and financial performance, making data-driven decisions for growth
  • Maintain strong pipelines through CRM tools (e.g., Freshsales, Zoho)
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to drive customer success and product fit
  • Build strategic partnerships and reseller engagement globally (UK, US, MY, SG & Europe) to drive revenue growth
  • Be hands-on in hunting leads and generating sales conversions

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years of experience in the tech or software industry (mandatory)
  • 5+ years of experience in sales & marketing (mandatory)
  • Strong sales, pitching, and business development experience
  • Prior experience working with or founding a startup is a strong advantage
  • Fluent English speaker with excellent communication and public speaking skills (a must)
  • Proficiency in Excel and hands-on experience managing P&L
  • A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Economics, or Engineering
  • Good understanding of tech startups, finance, and the economy
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire, with an entrepreneurial, get-things-done attitude
