We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Braider to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be able to hair braid including Dutch braiding, possess a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and a dedication to providing exceptional customer service. Duties:
- Create stylish braids tailored to clients’ preferences and hair types
- Recommend suitable braiding styles and maintenance tips
- Maintain a clean and organised work station, adhering to health and safety standards
- Ensure timely service delivery
- Assist with client check-in and answering queries
- Manage stock replenishment and product displays
- Deliver outstanding customer service to foster client loyalty and satisfaction
Requirements:
- Proven experience in hair braiding techniques and styles and a passion for braiding
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients and team members
- Experience in customer service roles
- Ability to upsell services confidently while maintaining professionalism
- Organised with excellent time management skills to handle multiple appointments efficiently
- Must be able to work well within a team environment and adapt to changing client needs
