We are hiring a Planning Senior Account Executive to join Starcom and play a key role on two well‑loved, high‑profile FMCG brands. This is a brilliant opportunity to work on large‑scale, brand‑led campaigns that span everything from Out of Home and AV to social and audio. You’ll be part of a warm, collaborative team with real exposure to senior clients and the chance to shape work that connects with audiences in culture. Responsibilities
- Support the planning and delivery of multi‑channel brand campaigns across Twinings, Yazoo and Chocomel.
- Contribute to campaign development from insight through to activation, across channels including OOH, AV, social, audio and display.
- Take ownership of day‑to‑day campaign management, including always‑on social activity, reporting and campaign coordination.
- Analyse competitor and category performance using tools such as Nielsen and AdIntel to inform planning recommendations.
- Manage key account processes including finance queries, budget tracking and maintaining planning documentation.
- Present updates and insights in client status meetings, building confidence in communicating ideas and performance.
- Work closely with internal teams and activation partners to brief campaigns effectively and ensure smooth delivery.
Qualifications
- Experience in media, marketing or a related environment, with an interest in brand‑led campaigns.
- Understanding of key media channels and how they work together within integrated plans.
- Confidence working with data and translating insights into clear, practical recommendations.
- Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Comfortable contributing to presentations and building relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- A proactive approach to learning and a willingness to take on new challenges as the role develops.
- Curiosity about culture, brands and audiences, particularly within FMCG and Gen Z targeting.
