We are hiring an Investment Executive to join our collaborative and ambitious Investment team, supporting campaigns across Publishing, Audio, and Print. This hands‑on role involves planning, activation, and review, working closely with the Publishing & Audio Manager and specialists.
Responsibilities- Support managers and senior executives in delivering publishing, audio, and print campaigns from planning to review.
- Coordinate creative asset delivery, insertion orders, and campaign documentation before launch.
- Set up and traffic campaigns across relevant technology platforms.
- Produce regular campaign reporting using Excel and client dashboards.
- Collaborate with internal planning and activation teams to keep activities on track.
- Build positive working relationships with clients, media partners, and suppliers.
- Support financial processes, including reconciliations and finance queries.
- Clear interest in advertising, media, and technology.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office, especially Excel, with willingness to develop technical skills.
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills across multiple campaigns.
- Clear professional written and verbal communication.
- Collaborative approach and ability to work independently when required.
- Analytical thinking with good numerical and problem‑solving skills.
- Openness to learning new processes and adapting to change.
