Overview: The Team works in partnership with our clients to deliver fantastic, innovative campaigns that drive results. We are lucky to work with some of the world’s biggest brands, including Sky, Monzo, Enterprise Rent-A-Car, Samsung and P&G. The Client: Stellantis operates across Europe, North America, and key international markets, uniting some of the world’s most iconic car brands under one umbrella. Its diverse portfolio includes Peugeot, Citroën, DS Automobiles, Opel, Vauxhall, Fiat, Jeep, Alfa Romeo, Abarth, and Maserati, among others. The group offers a broad range of vehicles while leading the transition to electrification through its Dare Forward 2030 strategy. Stellantis is a major advertiser in the automotive sector, running high-impact campaigns across digital, TV, and out-of-home channels.

The Role: The SEO Account Manager on Stellantis works closely with the SEO Account Director to deliver effective and holistic SEO campaigns that exceed client objectives. This position requires an all-around SEO specialist with attention to detail, experience innovating new ways of applying SEO best-practice, and an ability to turn insights into actions quickly. You will manage up to three SEO Executives, ensuring the quality of their work and being responsible for their professional development.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement SEO strategies and tactics in line with the client’s business objectives.
  • Manage all-around SEO program for the client (technical, content, insights and reporting).
  • Ensure on-time delivery of high-quality work from all team members.
  • Audit websites and provide recommendations for improving SEO performance.
  • Identify new opportunities for improving client’s organic search rankings, traffic, and conversions.
  • Manage SEO reporting (keyword rankings, SEO traffic, conversion data, etc.).
  • Analyse the impact on client’s website from algorithm or competitor updates and derive relevant actions.
  • Research new ideas, trends, and technologies within the SEO space to educate clients and the Starcom team.
  • Line manage and upskill account executives, lead peer-to-peer trainings and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications: Essential skills include excellent written and verbal communication skills, prior SEO work experience, and experience line managing/mentoring a team of SEO specialists. Strong data analysis skills and understanding of AI search are highly desirable.
