We’re hiring a Global Strategy Account Manager to help bring bold global thinking to life for one of the most loved brands: LEGO. You’ll sit in the Global Enablement team and collaborate closely with strategy, media and regional teams to shape insight‑led narratives and ensure global ideas are delivered with consistency, clarity and care.
Responsibilities
- Supporting the coordination and delivery of global strategic initiatives across the LEGO business
- Translating global strategy into clear, practical outputs that can be effectively implemented by local markets
- Providing structured project management across strategy and enablement workstreams, keeping timelines and priorities on track
- Helping shape insight‑led strategic narratives by synthesising audience, cultural and market inputs
- Developing high‑quality, client‑ready presentations, summaries and documentation
- Coordinating cross‑functional inputs across strategy, media, measurement and regional teams to ensure connected thinking
- Supporting workshops and key forums, capturing outputs and driving clear follow‑through actions
Qualifications
- Strong organisational and project management skills, with confidence managing multiple workstreams
- Clear, compelling communication skills, including the ability to contribute to client‑ready presentations
- Ability to synthesise complex information into structured insights and practical outputs
- A collaborative mindset and comfort working with global and local stakeholders
- Experience supporting strategic or client‑facing work in a marketing, media or strategy environment
- Confidence bringing structure to evolving or ambiguous briefs
