We are hiring a Social Media and Community Manager to help shape culture at scale for some of the world’s most recognisable brands. This role sits at the intersection of creativity, community and data — turning insight into social experiences people genuinely want to engage with. Working across global markets, you’ll bring clarity, consistency and creative energy to always‑on social ecosystems. Overview
- Owning the end‑to‑end delivery of always‑on social media programmes for iconic global brands
- Managing content publishing, community engagement and moderation across multiple platforms
- Partnering with creative, strategy and client teams to ensure ideas are built for social impact
- Using cultural insight, trends and performance data to shape content decisions and recommendations
- Leading community management both on‑ and off‑handle to build meaningful brand relationships
- Producing clear, insightful reporting that turns metrics into actionable learnings
- Building trusted, collaborative relationships with clients, agency partners and internal teams
Qualifications
- Experience managing social media and community programmes for high‑profile or complex brands
- Strong understanding of major social platforms and how communities behave within them
- Confidence using data and insight to inform creative and strategic decisions
- A thoughtful, organised approach to project management and stakeholder communication
- Comfort working across markets and time zones in a global role
