Key Responsibilities
- We are seeking a dynamic and resultsâoriented Data & Analytics Director specialist to join our team. As the Director, you will lead the direction and execution of data & measurement initiatives for our clients, enhancing their presence across global markets. The role spans across both Retail Media and Digital Shelf disciplines to deliver endâtoâend Commerce.
- Data & Analytics
- Establish and communicate data and analytics narratives to Câlevel clients and influence broader business decisions.
- Convert data into actionable recommendations for clients, through highâquality data storytelling.
- Build and maintain strong, seniorâlevel client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for all data, analytics & measurement initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal data science teams to develop innovative measurement and analytics products to help advance client performance.
- Pioneer the integration of advanced product analytics & measurement technologies, exploring new use cases and demonstrating commercial value.
- Identify opportunities for automation and scalability within digital operations, providing thought leadership on futureâfit digital solutions.
- Proactive in managing scope delivery, ensuring all deliverables (personal and across the team) are met on time, are of high quality and to brief to retain clients.
- Contribute to the relevant finance processes (e.g., commitments, reconciliations) for named clients.
- Identifies opportunities to create case studies and award entries for client work, to distribute internally and externally, feeding into the Marketing plan.
- Ensure smooth solutions onboarding is completed for named new clients or scope, following the onboarding processes.
- Contributes ideas and client insight towards the development of a strategic annual client roadmap with Retail Media/Solutions/Strategy counterparts that identifies new scope opportunities to expand existing accounts.
- Ownership of pipeline updates/additions for opportunities in Salesforce, following timelines & process set out by the business.
Qualifications
- Experience in a senior role translating data & analytics insight into actionable recommendations.
- Demonstrable experience with advanced analytics, including modelling, forecasting, automation and data integration.
- Understanding of digital commerce space, across paid (Retail Media), owned (retail SEO, content optimisation) and earned (ratings & reviews, User generated Content).
- Good communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- Able to navigate complex obstacles that arise during campaign/project execution and take informed actions to deliver results for clients.
