Overview
As an Analytics Associate Director within the DDT team, youâll sit at the centre of data-driven decision-making, turning complex data into clear, compelling stories that shape the future of some of the worldâs most exciting and recognisable brands. Working across multiple high-profile accounts within Starcomâs diverse client portfolio â youâll be a trusted member of the team, partnering closely with strategists, planners, and clients to influence real business outcomes. Youâll own the end-to-end analytics output across your accounts, from designing robust measurement frameworks and defining success metrics, to uncovering insights that challenge thinking and spark action. This is a role for someone who enjoys both big-picture strategy and hands-on problem-solving: translating performance data into meaningful recommendations, guiding teams with confidence, and ensuring analytics is not just reported, but truly embedded in how decisions are made.

Responsibilities
What Youâll Be Doing
- Leading exploratory and performance analysis to inform planning, audience selection, and digital optimisation.
- Developing dashboards and visualisations that bring data to life for stakeholders at all levels.
- Creating tools and coding solutions to automate processes and solve business challenges through technology and AI.
- Working directly with clients, planners, activation teams, and data specialists to create brilliant human experiences backed by brilliant analytics.
- Contributing to measurement strategies, learning agendas, case studies, and award entries.
- Mentoring junior analysts and helping shape Starcomâs data culture.
In your first 6 months, youâll build trusted relationships across planning and activation teams and become highly knowledgeable about measurement solutions across Publicis Media.
Qualifications
What Weâre Looking For
- Have proven experience in analytics, activation, or implementation in a digital agency environment.
- Bring expertise in analysing and modelling large datasets, and enjoy uncovering insights others might miss.
- Know how to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Have hands-on experience with tools like Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics or similar.
- Understand media performance, the role of paid/owned/shared/earned channels, and how they shape business outcomes.
- Are solutions-driven, organised, and excited about driving innovation.
- Are passionate about helping clients grow and helping teammates excel.
