We’re looking for a Publishing & Audio Manager to join our ambitious and collaborative Investment team. Reporting to the Publishing & Audio Director, you’ll be responsible for planning, executing, and managing multi‑channel campaigns across Print, Digital Display, Radio, and Digital Audio. You’ll negotiate pricing and value, manage campaign delivery against key KPIs, and ensure the highest quality output for your clients. This is an opportunity to shape strategy, mentor junior talent, and help evolve how we approach publishing and audio in a digital‑first world.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end‑to‑end campaign planning and buying across publishing and audio channels.
  • Negotiate pricing and value to meet performance, quality, and audit targets.
  • Build trusted relationships with clients, planners, and media partners.
  • Deliver actionable insights, ideas, and innovations that elevate campaign performance.
  • Support and mentor junior team members, ensuring quality and consistency of output.
  • Contribute to new business efforts with pricing, ideas, and presentations.
Qualifications
  • Experience planning and buying across Print, Digital Display (including programmatic), Radio, and Digital Audio.
  • Solid understanding of the programmatic landscape and digital media ecosystem.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Confident managing clients, presenting results, and collaborating across teams.
  • Experience mentoring junior colleagues and overseeing campaign delivery.
Bonus Points If You Have
  • Experience using and activating first‑party data.
  • Understanding of emerging tech such as attention measurement or location‑based targeting.
  • Previous experience planning and running print campaigns.
