We are hiring an Account Manager to join our Starcom team, partnering with a luxury retailer across a portfolio of iconic fragrance brands. This role sits at the centre of the client relationship, shaping how luxury brands connect with audiences through insight‑led, multi‑channel campaigns. You’ll bring together strategy, execution and collaboration to deliver work that makes a measurable difference.
Responsibilities- Lead end‑to‑end campaign planning, from insight development through to execution and performance learning.
- Translate strategic direction into clear, actionable briefs for cross‑channel activation teams.
- Build strong, trusted relationships with PUIG stakeholders and guide day‑to‑day client discussions.
- Use data and performance insights to optimise campaigns and inform future planning decisions.
- Oversee the delivery of multi‑channel campaigns, ensuring quality across timelines, budgets and outputs.
- Work collaboratively across internal teams to deliver seamless, integrated media plans.
- Support team development by coaching a junior team member and contributing to a positive team culture.
- Experience as an Account Manager or Senior Account Executive within a media or communications environment.
- Confidence leading campaign planning conversations and managing stakeholder relationships.
- Strong understanding of multi‑channel media planning and campaign delivery.
