We are hiring an Investment Executive to join our collaborative and ambitious Investment team, supporting meaningful campaigns across Publishing, Audio and Print. This is a hands‑on role with real responsibility, where you’ll help bring media plans to life and see the impact of your work from brief through to review. You’ll work closely with the Publishing & Audio Manager and a wider network of specialists, learning how smart media investment delivers value for clients. Responsibilities
- Supporting Managers and Senior Executives with the delivery of Publishing, Audio and Print campaigns from planning through to activation and review
- Coordinating the delivery of creative assets, insertion orders and campaign documentation ahead of launch
- Managing campaign set‑up and trafficking across relevant technology platforms
- Producing regular campaign reporting using Excel and client dashboards
- Working closely with internal Planning and Activation teams to keep activity on track
- Building positive working relationships with clients, media partners and third‑party suppliers
- Supporting financial processes, including reconciliations and responding to finance queries
Qualifications
- A clear interest in advertising, media and technology
- Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with a willingness to build technical skills
- Strong organisation and prioritisation skills across multiple campaigns
- Clear and professional communication, written and verbal
- A collaborative approach with the ability to work independently when needed
- Analytical thinking with good numerical and problem‑solving skills
- An openness to learning new processes and adapting in a changing environment
