As a Project Manager, you’ll lead the day-to-day delivery of integrated programmes and projects across the Mars Snacking portfolio. You will:
- Own project plans, timelines and delivery milestones from kick-off through to completion
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across media, social, commerce, production and measurement
- Ensure projects are clearly scoped, resourced and set up for success from the outset
- Track progress, identify risks and proactively solve challenges before they impact delivery
- Facilitate collaboration between internal teams, agency partners and client stakeholders
- Provide clear communication and regular status updates to keep everyone aligned
- Support change management and maintain strong project governance throughout delivery
- Partner with the wider One Mars project management community to plan upcoming initiatives and ensure delivery readiness
- Help improve processes, ways of working and project management best practice across the team
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in project management, marketing, consultancy or a similar fast-paced environment
- Experience delivering multiple projects simultaneously across different stakeholders and teams
- Strong knowledge of project planning, scoping, risk management, resource management and delivery processes
- Confidence facilitating discussions, managing expectations and driving decisions forward
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience using tools such as JIRA, Microsoft Project, Excel and PowerPoint
- PMP, CSM or other project management certifications are advantageous but not essential
