Overview
We’re on the hunt for a Retail Media Manager who’s equal parts strategist, storyteller, and performance powerhouse. Reporting directly to the Account Director, you’ll be the driving force behind scroll-stopping campaigns, bringing brands to life across top retail platforms and turning clicks into real results. From optimising performance to spotting growth opportunities, you’ll own campaign activations end-to-end. You’ll also build strong client relationships, lead with confidence, and mentor a team to level up their eCommerce game.
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day campaign delivery across platforms like Amazon, Criteo & more—ensuring everything runs smoothly and performs brilliantly.
- Build great relationships with clients, lead calls with confidence, and keep communication flowing effortlessly.
- Dive into trends, uncover insights, and turn them into smart strategies that drive real growth.
- Create innovative account strategies and roadmaps that smash eCommerce targets and unlock new opportunities.
- Collaborate across channels and with top retail partners (Amazon, Tesco, Sainsbury’s & more) to deliver seamless, full-funnel campaigns.
- Ensure quality, manage reporting and billing, and keep learning, always levelling up your retail media game.
Qualifications
- You’ve got hands-on experience across Amazon Ads, Criteo, Epsilon & co., and you know how to make big accounts shine.
- From search to shopper behaviour, attribution to CRO, you understand what makes people click and convert.
- Whether it’s presenting to clients or aligning teams, you know how to get your point across with impact.
- You’ve managed people, built strong team vibes, and love helping others grow.
- You set goals, spot opportunities, and turn smart ideas into game-changing strategies.
- Excel and PowerPoint are your playground—and bonus points if you’ve got certifications across Amazon & retail media platforms.
