Overview

We’re looking for an experienced, detail‑driven, and proactive Paid Social Account Executive who’s ready to step up into a Senior Account Executive role. This is an opportunity to manage high‑profile paid social campaigns.

Our client is one of the most prestigious brands in the world, and one of the most prestigious clients within Publicis. They are a genuinely unique business: structured as a charitable foundation with no shareholders to answer to, and with products in such high demand that they consistently sell every item every year, many with long waiting lists. The objectives are to perpetuate the myth, ensuring the dominant market position is sustained long term.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for executing high‑quality paid social media campaigns, primarily on Meta, with a focus on planning, activation, optimisation, and analysis. As a Senior Executive, you’ll play a key role in ensuring accurate planning, smooth campaign setup, delivery, and reporting while helping drive innovation for a fast‑paced, high‑expectation client. You’ll work closely with a junior Executive, providing a great opportunity to develop your management skills and lead by example.

Responsibilities

  • Support the end‑to‑end planning, setup, execution, optimisation, and reporting of paid social campaigns, primarily on Meta, with exposure to additional social platforms where relevant.
  • Take ownership of day‑to‑day campaign delivery, including builds, QA, pacing checks, and optimisation, ensuring campaigns are accurate, well‑documented, and launched on time.
  • Analyse performance data, identify trends and insights, and proactively recommend optimisations and testing opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Own more complex media plans, as well as trackers and reporting documents, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and clear visibility for internal teams and senior stakeholders.
  • Work closely with Account Managers to support budget pacing, performance reviews, and post‑campaign wrap‑ups, flagging risks or opportunities early.
  • Collaborate with and support junior Paid Social Executives, helping guide best practices, QA their work where appropriate, and contribute to a strong team‑delivery culture.
  • Proactively contribute ideas to improve campaign performance, workflows, and operational efficiency, particularly for high‑profile luxury watch campaigns.
  • Maintain clear and professional communication with internal teams, platforms, and—where appropriate—clients, supporting smooth day‑to‑day operations and aligned timelines.
  • Ensure all campaigns are correctly tracked, tagged, and aligned with measurement frameworks, escalating issues promptly when identified.

Qualifications

  • Proven knowledge of paid social platforms including Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager (experience with Sprinklr is a plus), with the ability to brief, QA, and troubleshoot campaigns across platforms.
  • A strong interest in innovation and efficiency, with a proactive mindset focused on process improvement and effective task management.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills, with the ability to identify issues quickly and propose practical solutions.
  • Strong relationship‑building skills across clients, cross‑agency partners, and internal teams, enabling clear communication and smooth campaign delivery.
  • Confidence managing larger budgets, with a solid understanding of budget pacing, documentation, and reporting.
  • Excellent attention to detail, ensuring accuracy across setup, optimisation, and reporting.
  • An analytical mindset with strong communication skills, able to clearly articulate performance insights, campaign plans, and operational updates.
