  • We are hiring a

Global Retail Media Director to help shape the future of retail media for some of the world's most recognised snacking brands.

This is a unique opportunity to influence global strategy, partner with senior stakeholders, and drive growth across key commerce platforms in multiple markets.

You’ll play a central role in connecting media, commerce, data and technology to create impactful consumer experiences, while helping build world-class retail media capabilities across a global network.

What you’ll be doing

  • Define and evolve the global retail media strategy for Snacking, ensuring alignment with business and growth objectives.
  • Provide strategic leadership and guidance to market teams delivering retail media campaigns across key commerce platforms.
  • Lead relationships with global retail media and ad-tech partners, driving innovation and maximising partnership value.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders through proactive communication and strategic consultancy.
  • Create and implement consistent retail media frameworks, standards and best practices across markets.
  • Support capability building by sharing expertise, developing talent and enabling continuous learning across the network.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams across media, commerce, production, data and technology to deliver connected solutions.

Skills we’re looking for

  • Strong experience within retail media, commerce media, digital marketing or agency environments.
  • Knowledge of retail media ecosystems across marketplaces, grocers and omnichannel retail environments.
  • Experience working with platforms such as Amazon Advertising, Epsilon Retail Media, Criteo or similar solutions.
  • Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and influence at senior levels.
  • Strong commercial awareness with a strategic mindset and a focus on delivering measurable outcomes.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and project management skills.
  • A collaborative approach, with the ability to bring people together, share knowledge and drive progress across teams.
