Hi there! We’re Constellation, Publicis Groupe's global client team for Samsung. We’re a multi-disciplinary team with ambitions of transforming marketing by putting people (including our consumers) first, and we’re looking for new talent to work on one of Publicis Groupe’s most prized clients, Samsung, a top-five-in-the-world company boasting an audience of over 1 billion people. The Constellation team is made up of over 2,500 people from across 80+ markets working across disciplines including media, creative, digital, PR, technology, commerce and more. Our model is built to architect, build and orchestrate end-to-end experiences across paid, owned, creative and commerce.
Responsibilities
- As an Associate Director, you'll be pivotal in advancing our agency's growth by working with one of our most dynamic brands.
- You'll collaborate with the Digital Director, crafting and executing digital performance media strategies across 26 European markets.
- Innovate and inspire digital performance media solutions.
- Lead client briefings and regional digital campaign strategies.
- Gather digital trends and direct market reporting.
- Identify digital knowledge gaps and develop toolkits/best practices.
- Connect and collaborate with digital teams and global experts.
- Plan data-driven media campaigns across multiple channels.
You’ll drive the vision for Starcom’s digital performance practices, ensuring best practices in strategy, planning, and execution on platforms like YouTube, Meta, Search, and TikTok. Qualifications

- Ideally, having experience with a variety of channels such as Paid Search, YouTube, Meta, and TikTok.
