Are you looking to accelerate your media planning career on one of the most iconic beauty brands in the world? Starcom is hiring a Senior Account Executive to join our high-performing LâOrĂ©al planning team, where youâll work across a wide range of innovative campaigns spanning beauty, fashion, sponsorship, and digital media.
As a Senior Account Executive in Planning, you'll play a vital role in delivering operational excellence, supporting strategic planning, and driving campaign performance. You'll collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to bring the LâOrĂ©al brand to life across multiple paid media channels. Key Responsibilities
- Manage core campaign operations such as finance POs and data auditing to ensure seamless internal processes.
- Develop a deep understanding of the LâOrĂ©al brand, market dynamics, and media strategy.
- Use media planning tools (TGI, AdIntel, etc.) to mine insights and support multi-channel campaigns.
- Track campaign performance and contribute to quarterly PCAs and competitor analysis.
- Lead smaller projects, assisting in coordinating campaign deliverables and timelines.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to a positive, learning-focused team culture.
- Help build the planning teamâs reputation within the agency and with media partners.
