Overview Ready to lead media strategy for one of the world’s biggest brands? Starcom seeks a Managing Partner to lead a top-five global client with an audience of over 1 billion across 80 countries. This senior role involves shaping high-stakes campaigns, working directly with the Global Marketing Office to drive impactful media investments. Responsibilities Partner with the client’s Global Marketing Office to develop and execute global media strategies. Design and implement data-driven campaigns using AI-powered buying, TV, and analytics to achieve measurable results. Build strong relationships with the client’s media team and internal specialists. Manage projects from start to finish, translating insights into innovative campaigns across online and offline channels. Collaborate with diverse teams to maintain top media performance worldwide and share success stories. Qualifications Ability to tell compelling stories through data, simplifying complex media, tech, and analytics concepts. Experience managing major clients, with expertise in digital platforms like GMP, GCP, Meta. Strategic thinking to identify growth opportunities for clients and the agency. Confidence in presenting, problem-solving, and turning challenges into solutions. Global experience managing multi-million budgets across international markets. Willingness to travel (approx. 6 times/year) and coordinate with clients across time zones.
