We’re Constellation, Publicis Groupe\’s global team for Samsung, a top-five-in-the-world company with an audience of over 1 billion. Our multidisciplinary team of over 2,500 professionals across 80+ markets works on media, creative, digital, PR, and technology, orchestrating end-to-end experiences across paid, owned, creative, and commerce.

Responsibilities

As an Associate Director, you\’ll help grow our agency by working with Samsung, collaborating with the Digital Director to craft and execute digital performance media strategies across 26 European markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Innovate and inspire digital performance media solutions.
• Lead client briefings and regional digital campaign strategies.
• Gather digital trends and direct market reporting.
• Identify digital knowledge gaps and develop toolkits/best practices.
• Connect and collaborate with digital teams and global experts.
• Plan data-driven media campaigns across multiple channels.

You will drive the vision for Starcom’s digital performance practices, ensuring best practices on platforms like YouTube, Meta, Search, and TikTok. We seek someone passionate, adaptable, and confident in building relationships, ready to respond swiftly to market changes.

Qualifications

Ideal candidates will have substantial activation experience, with familiarity across Paid Search, YouTube, Meta, and TikTok. Key skills include:

• Experience working with global/regional clients in an agency setting.
• Strong project leadership and organizational skills.
• Autonomous performance and self-starter attitude.
• Creative problem-solving and proactive mindset.
• Collaborative team player with cross-functional experience.
• Deep expertise in performance digital channels with a proven track record of delivering measurable results for DTC brands.
