As our next Total Reward Analyst, you'll be driving innovative solutions to provide effective reward and benefit delivery across multiple markets. Your remit will be instrumental in ensuring an effective and efficient service for benefit and reward reporting and administration for partners across the EMEA region.
To excel in this role, you'll need to be meticulous in the detail, and comfortable challenging the data where needed. Working with a team of dedicated professionals you will be the key point of contact for reward and benefits. You're not the type of person to shy away from a challenge and will be motivated by delivering an excellent benefit and reward experience with every interaction. This role would really suit somebody who is driven by results and possesses the craft to effectively communicate with a range of stakeholders.
